This system is used to power the movement of a sunroof. A compression movement at the end of the closed stroke ensures that it is watertight and airtight.
Speed: The moving roof travels at a speed of approximately 0.1 m/s.
Sealing: This mechanism must be fitted in an area of the boat where rebates have been provided to accommodate it. This installation ensures that the boat is watertight and airtight.
Drive type: The movable roof is driven by a sealed drive roller and racks.
Safety: A buzzer alerts the boat’s occupants that the sunroof is moving (this buzzer can be switched off).
Disengagement in the event of an electrical fault: Simply disconnect the motor connector from the control unit to open or close the roof manually. As an option, we can relocate this control by supplying a wiring harness to connect a manual override switch, which can be positioned anywhere on the boat.
